We work with Fastway Couriers & Australia Post to deliver your goods whether you live in Australia or overseas!
Our courier delivers during business hours only, Monday to Friday, and will ask for a name and signature to confirm delivery of the product(s).
Domestic metropolitan areas
– Free delivery Australia wide for orders under 25kg of weight and over $90 of value
- $8.95 for orders under $90
For shipping within Australia metropolitan areas, we use Fastway Couriers. Fastway Couriers generally pickup your delivery from us Monday to Friday at around 12pm. Generally all orders received and paid for before this time will be sent out that day.A tracking number will be provided after parcels have been dispatched. You can track your order on the Fastway website using this link.
Outside of metropolitan areas and International
We will use Australia Post to deliver outside of metropolitan areas and international.

For international shipping, customers may be responsible for additional overseas importing fees, duties and taxes. Please be aware of your countries importing rules.

Refund and Exchange policy
If you wishing to change the size or find an item is faulty, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org ) with a request. For a claim for a faulty product, we may request images for the faulty part. We will exchange or refund the product, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be in the original condition*
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt
- Sale items are not returnable, unless faulty.
- Themed costumes for specific events such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty on.
Please note, we do not refund for change of mind reasons. All postage costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. We do not give cash refunds, but can happily issue a credit for approved exchanges or returns. Paw Principality will only cover the cost of reshipping to you for the replacement of the faulty products.
